• APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) - www.apdt.co.uk  -- A national group of very good trainers who are all dedicated to using only kind reward based methods of training your dog. 

• UKRCB UK Registry of Canine Behaviourist) -- www.ukrcb.org  --  A group of professional canine behaviourist.  Each member must be well versed in both scientific knowledge and practical hands on training experience.

• Karen Pryor - www.clickertraining.com  --  The person responsible for bringing clicker training to the dog world.  The site is full of great information about dog training.

• Kay Laurence - www.learningaboutdogs.com  -- Probably the UK's best teacher and trainer.  The site contains useful information and also dates of Kay's seminars and training days.

• Gary Wilkes - www.clickandtreat.com  --  One of the early clicker training pioneers who along with Karen brought clicker training to so many.  The site has many good articles written by Gary that express training principles in unique ways.

• Dogs Trust -www.dogstrust.org.uk  -- One of the biggest and best UK Rescue groups.

• Burns Natural Dog Food - www.burns-pet-neutrition.co.uk -- My dogs favourite dog food.  Mr Burns started and set a new standard in dog food, now being copied by others. 

• Directory of animal rescue web sites. - www.animalrescuers.co.uk   -- As it says, a directory of animal rescue groups around the UK.

• Norfolk & Suffolk Animal Rescue - www.nasatrust.co.uk --  A really great group of people who work very hard for the dogs.  The group includes dogs, cats, birds and small animals.

• The Dog Rescue Network - http://www.dogrescue.fsnet.co.uk  -- Gives links to dog rescue groups all over the UK and some in the USA.

• Shelter Helpers -  http://www.shelterhelper.co.uk -- A group dedicated to helping and working with rescue groups around the UK.

• Cat and other Animal Rescue - http://www.catchat.org/  -- The cats deserve good homes too.  Your next moggie may be here now.
